¶ 1 Following a jury trial, appellant Reuben Cota was convicted of armed robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, and aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms, the longest of which was seven years, and the trial court entered a criminal restitution order.
