MILLER, Judge.

¶ 1 Louis Felix was convicted after a jury trial of one count of kidnapping, two counts of endangerment, four counts of disorderly conduct, and one count of possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited possessor. On appeal, Felix contends there was insufficient evidence to support his kidnapping conviction because the victim's mother consented to the victim's confinement, and the trial court erred in designating the kidnapping...
