¶ 1 Raymond John petitions this court for review of the trial court's order denying his of-right petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ariz. R.Crim. P. He argues the court erred in concluding the state had jurisdiction to prosecute him for failing to register as a sex offender because he is a member of the Navajo Nation residing on tribal land.
