¶ 1 Centennial Development Group, LLC sued Lawyer's Title Insurance Corporation after the latter's title commitment failed to disclose an easement. We affirm the superior court's holding on summary judgment that Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 20-1562 (West 2013) bars Centennial's claim for negligence.1 We reverse the dismissal of Centennial's contract claim, however, because although...
