OPINION

MILLER, Judge.

¶ 1 Pursuant to a plea agreement, petitioner Sergio Gonzales Barrera was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor under the age of fifteen ("count one"), sexual abuse, attempted sexual conduct with a minor, and luring a minor for sexual exploitation, all dangerous crimes against children. The trial court sentenced him to prison for a presumptive, twenty-year term, to be served as "flat time" on count one, to be followed...
