KELLY, Judge.

¶ 1 Manuel Delgado appeals from his convictions and sentences for one count each of aggravated assault and simple assault. He argues A.R.S. § 13-1204(B)(1), which provides that a person commits aggravated assault by "imped[ing] the normal breathing or circulation of blood of another person," is unconstitutionally vague. He also contends the trial court abused its discretion by denying his motion to preclude the testimony...
