ESPINOSA, Judge.

¶ 1 In this special action arising from a juvenile delinquency proceeding against Tyler B., the state maintains the juvenile court abused its discretion in granting Tyler's motion to suppress the results of a blood test, taken pursuant to Arizona's implied consent law without his parents' consent. We agree and, because the state has no equally plain or speedy remedy by appeal, accept special action jurisdiction and reverse...
