¶ 1 Xavier Hipolito Estrella appeals from his convictions and sentences for transportation of marijuana for sale, possession of marijuana for sale, and possession of marijuana. He argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained from a search following the warrantless placement of a tracking device on his employer's van and the resulting stop of the van while Estrella was driving it.
