¶ 1 Arizona law requires juveniles charged with certain offenses and summoned to appear at an advisory hearing to submit to the investigating law enforcement agency "a sufficient sample of buccal cells or other bodily substances for deoxyribonucleic acid [DNA] testing and extraction."
