OPINION

BRAMMER, Judge.

¶ 1 In this special action, petitioner Susan Scheerer challenges the respondent judge's order granting the state's appeal and remanding her case to Pima County's Consolidated Justice Court for resentencing. We accept jurisdiction because Scheerer has no equally plain, speedy and adequate remedy by appeal. See State ex rel. McDougall v. Riddel, 169 Ariz. 117, 117,
