¶ 1 While driving, Audrey Fuller accidentally collided with Joseph Alosi and injured him. Alosi sued Fuller, the company that employed her, and a related company that owned the car she was driving. Alosi eventually moved to amend his complaint to add the owner of both of those companies, William Hewitt, as a defendant.
