¶ 1 Jonathan Leigh Sosnowicz (defendant) appeals his convictions and sentences for one count of second degree murder and three counts of aggravated assault. Defendant claims the trial court erred by allowing the medical examiner to testify that the manner of the victim's death was homicide.
