¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Jose Alvarez was convicted of second-degree burglary and sentenced to five years' probation to be served concurrently with a probationary term in another case. On appeal, Alvarez contends the trial court erred by excluding third-party culpability evidence or by denying his motion for a mistrial to formulate a new defense.
