¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Richard Palmer was convicted of possessing nine grams or more of methamphetamine for sale. Palmer admitted having one historical prior felony conviction, and the trial court sentenced him as a category two repetitive offender to a mitigated prison term of 4.5 years.
