OPINION

BRAMMER, Judge.

¶ 1 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-4032(6), the state appeals from the trial court's order suppressing evidence. Because the state's notice of appeal was untimely, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
