¶ 1 Following a three-day jury trial, appellant Linda Siplivy was convicted of transportation of methamphetamine for sale,1 two counts of possession of a narcotic drug, possession of marijuana, and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two of which involved methamphetamine.
