THOMPSON, Judge.

¶ 1 Joseph Ken Cotten (defendant) appeals his convictions and sentences for one count of theft and three counts of misconduct involving weapons. Regarding his theft conviction, defendant argues that he was deprived of his constitutional right to a unanimous verdict because the indictment was duplicitous.
