¶ 1 Plaintiff, Aaron Engler, appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of Defendant, Gulf Interstate Engineering, Inc. ("Gulf"). Engler was injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a vehicle driven by Ian Gray, a Gulf employee. Engler filed suit against Gray and Gulf, alleging in part that at the time of the accident, Gray was acting within the course and scope of his employment with Gulf, and therefore Gulf...
