¶ 1 This is an accelerated appeal pursuant to Rule 29 of the Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure ("ARCAP"). Petitioner/Appellant, Deborah J. Mangan ("Mother"), appeals the family court's signed minute entry order finding that Arizona has home state jurisdiction to hear and decide the petition of Respondent/Appellee, John V.
