¶ 1 Following a jury trial, appellant Jaren Davis was convicted of misdemeanor public sexual indecency. The trial court suspended the imposition of sentence, placed Davis on a three-year term of probation, and ordered him to register for life as a sex offender. On appeal, he argues the court abused its discretion by (1) denying his motion for a new trial, which was based on the jury's verdict being against the weight...
