¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Brian Blakley was convicted of one count of possession of marijuana for sale, and the trial court sentenced him to a presumptive, enhanced prison term of 15.75 years, ordering him to pay the maximum fine of $150,000. On appeal, he contends the court abused its discretion in 1) denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained by police after a warrantless entry onto his property...
