HALL, Judge.

¶ 1 Does the Victims' Rights Implementation Act (Implementation Act) grant a crime victim standing to seek the disqualification of the trial judge and defense counsel? We conclude that it does not. We also conclude that the victim's mother, as a former client of defense counsel's law firm, cannot intervene in the underlying criminal case to seek disqualification of defense counsel.
