¶ 1 Jason Beck, driving a vehicle furnished by his parents, Barbara and Kenneth Beck (the "Becks"), was involved in a car accident resulting in serious injuries to Amy Young. The question presented here is whether the Becks are liable for damages allegedly caused by their son's negligence based on the family purpose doctrine.
