OPINION

WEISBERG, Judge.

¶ 1 In this civil in rem forfeiture action, claimant-appellant, Martin Ochoa ("Ochoa"), appeals from the trial court's order granting the State's motion to strike his claim asserting an interest in real property. For reasons that follow, we affirm.
