¶ 1 This petition for special action follows the respondent judge's entry of final judgment in an inverse-condemnation action. An appeal from portions of that judgment is presently pending in this court. See Dos Picos Land Ltd. P'ship v. Pima County, No. 2 CA-CV 2009-0186. Petitioner Pima County seeks relief from the respondent judge's order of January 27, 2010, directing it to pay to the real parties in interest...
