¶ 1 Following a bench trial, the court convicted appellant David Henry of one count of failing to obtain an identification card or driver's license as a person previously convicted of a sex offense. The court then sentenced Henry to an enhanced term of 3.75 years' imprisonment and ordered him to register as a sex offender.
