¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Caleb Lewis was convicted of drive-by shooting but acquitted of aggravated assault. He appeals from the trial court's restitution order against him, contending the court erred by ordering him to pay restitution to a victim after he had been acquitted of aggravated assault against her.
