OPINION

OROZCO, Judge.

¶ 1 Copperstate Bail Bonds (Copperstate) and Ivory Crow (Crow) (collectively Appellants) appeal the trial court's forfeiture of a $45,000 appearance bond. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
