¶ 1 This special action concerns the granting of a post-judgment motion for permissive intervention, filed by a nonparty public interest organization, in a wrongful death lawsuit brought by Barbara Cassidy against Zenith Electronics Corporations ("Zenith") that has been settled and dismissed. Cassidy's lawsuit involved allegations that a defective Zenith television caused a fire that killed Barbara Cassidy's father, Robert Cassidy...
