DOWNIE, Judge.

¶ 1 Jessica Messina ("Messina") appeals from the trial court's determination that James Bookhammer ("Bookhammer") was a customer of Midway Chevrolet Company ("Midway") and was thus not an insured under Midway's garage liability insurance policy. Finding no genuine issue of material fact or error of law, we affirm.
