WATTS v. STATE

No. CR-20-14.

618 S.W.3d 458 (2021)

2021 Ark. App. 115

Joey D. WATTS, Appellant v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Court of Appeals of Arkansas, DIVISION II.

Opinion Delivered: March 10, 2021.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Hancock Law Firm, Little Rock, by: Charles D. Hancock , for appellant.

Leslie Rutledge , Att'y Gen., by: Michael Zangari , Ass't Att'y Gen., for appellee.

Appellant Joey Watts was convicted of aggravated assault and sentenced as a habitual offender to ten years' imprisonment. On appeal, he argues that the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction. We affirm but remand for correction of the sentencing order to reflect appellant's habitual-offender status.
