PER CURIAM

In 2010, appellant Charles Lovett was found guilty by a jury of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to 240 months' imprisonment. Lovett argued on direct appeal that the evidence was insufficient to convict him. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed. Lovett v. State, 2011 Ark.App. 418, 2011 WL 2141394.
