A Garland County jury convicted Anthony Billy James Burnell of second-degree murder, sentenced him to thirty years' imprisonment, and fined him $15,000. He also received a consecutive fifteen-year prison sentence for a firearm enhancement. Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738
