A jury empaneled in the Crawford County Circuit Court found appellant Earl Delmar Pigg guilty of eleven counts of rape and one charge of interference with custody. The jury fixed Pigg's sentence at a term of life in prison for each rape conviction and imposed a ten-year sentence for the offense of interference with custody.
