PER CURIAM.

In 1984, appellant David Lee Lewis was convicted by a jury in the Desha County Circuit Court of first-degree battery and aggravated robbery, and he was sentenced to an aggregate term of 720 months' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction (ADC). This court reversed appellant's convictions and remanded for a new trial in Lewis v. State, 286 Ark. 372,
