Appellant Ronald A. Britton appeals an order of the Faulkner County Circuit Court convicting him of murder in the first degree and sentencing him to life imprisonment without parole. He argues that the circuit court erred by (1) failing to order a new competency hearing at the time of trial, (2) failing to grant a mistrial after Britton had an episode in front of the jury, and (3) requiring Britton to wear a stun belt, shackles, and handcuffs...
