Appellant Bryan Ayers brought a workers' compensation claim against appellee City of Ashdown, alleging that he sustained a compensable low-back injury while working for the appellee on August 10, 2012. City of Ashdown controverted Mr. Ayers' claim, and after a hearing the Administrative Law Judge denied compensability.
