A Hot Spring County jury found appellant Tom Buck Steele guilty of twenty counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. On two counts, the jury sentenced Steele on each count to the maximum sentence of ten years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. On each of the other eighteen counts, the jury sentenced him to eight years and a $2,000 fine. The trial court ran the sentences consecutively...
