Appellant Raymundo Guana-Lopez appeals from his convictions for aggravated assault and second-degree battery by the Howard County Circuit Court. He was sentenced to an aggregate term of six years' imprisonment. On appeal, appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motions to dismiss and that he did not knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily waive his right to a jury trial.
