On June 20, 2013, we published for comment the proposals of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Civil Practice to amend the rules of procedure affecting civil practice. See In re Recommendations of the Committee on Civil Practice, 2013 Ark. 278 (per curiam). We thank everyone who reviewed the proposals and submitted comments.
