Appellants appeal the circuit court's grant of appellee's motion for summary judgment. On appeal, appellants argue that (1) appellee's requests for admission should not have been deemed admitted, and (2) summary judgment was improper because even if the requests for admission were properly deemed admitted, the court should have allowed the admissions to be withdrawn.
