Brian Robert Hill appeals from his conviction on a charge of sexual assault in the second degree. In accordance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Rule 4-3(k), his counsel has filed a motion to withdraw accompanied by a no-merit brief.
