On October 12, 2010, appellant Larry Alexander pleaded guilty to Class C felony possession of a controlled substance and second-offense possession of marijuana. Mr. Alexander was sentenced to ten years in prison for possession of a controlled substance. He received a six-year suspended imposition of sentence for the marijuana conviction.
