In August 2008, Bobby Sorrell pleaded guilty to the sale or delivery of a controlled substance, and he was placed on ten years' probation. In March 2010, the State filed a petition to revoke Sorrell's probation. The petition alleged that Sorrell failed to pay fines and fees, failed to notify the sheriff of his current address and employment, and that he violated the law by committing the criminal offenses of aggravated assault and possession...
