Appellant Kenneth Ray Pitts, an inmate in the Arkansas Department of Correction (ADC), appeals from an order of the Jefferson County Circuit Court dismissing his complaint against appellees ADC Correctional Officers Lewis Rafter, Eddie Knight, and Russell Meadows, and ADC Sergeant Michael Richardson.
