In 2009, appellant Floyd Edwards entered a negotiated plea of guilty to multiple felony offenses and was sentenced to 240 months' imprisonment with 204 of those months suspended. He was also ordered to pay restitution and certain costs. In 2013, appellant filed in the trial court a pro se petition for writ of error coram nobis in which he alleged that the trial court did not follow proper procedure when the guilty plea was entered and that he was not afforded...
