PER CURIAM.
In 1999, a jury found appellant Frank Watts II guilty of one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (cocaine), one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of failure to keep records. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to an aggregate term of life imprisonment. No appeal was taken.
