The Arkansas IOLTA Foundation, Inc., and the Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, Inc., by and through their respective Boards of Directors, filed a "Petition To Approve the Agreement and Plan of Merger; To Amend Rule 1.15 of the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct; and To Amend Section 28 of the Procedures Regulating Professional Conduct."
