The State of Arkansas appeals from the order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court terminating Appellee Edward Miller's obligation to register as a sex offender. The State's sole point on appeal is that the circuit court erred by concluding that Miller no longer posed a threat to the safety of others, thereby finding that he had met the statutory requirements to have his obligation to register as a sex offender terminated.
