Appellant appeals the circuit court's revocation of his probation. On appeal, appellant argues that (1) the trial court's finding that he was in Oklahoma for over a month and was therefore untruthful to his supervising officer was clearly against the preponderance of the evidence and (2) appellant did not inexcusably violate the terms of his probation.
